3 Benefits Of Morning Sex, Plus Science Reveals Best Day And Time To Get Naked In Bed

Most of us like to start our morning with a fresh cup of coffee or tea to prep our mind for the day ahead. While our day doesn't start until we leave our bed, getting naked and busy in between the sheets could be more effective than a cup of coffee. A survey from the United Kingdom-based pharmacy company, Superdrug, found most couples have sex in the morning, specifically 9 a.m. on a Sunday.
It also seems sacrificing the extra shut eye in the morning could benefit our health. 
Boosts Mood
 Pleasurable activities, like eating, and sex, deliver more than just pleasure. A 2010 study in PNAS found these activities could reduce stress by inhibiting anxiety responses in the brain, and boost our mood. During sex and other activities, we experience a release of oxytocin, the feel-good chemical that has many positive effects on our body. This makes us feel closer to our partner, and keeps us gleeful, especially after sex.

Feel Younger

 Regular morning sex can make us look five to seven years younger via the release of endorphins, a "feel good" chemical. Dr. David Weeks, former head of old age psychology at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital, asked men and women questions about their sex lives. He found those who looked younger than their age claimed to have sex an average 50 percent more, in the 40 to 50 age group, which equated to three times a week, rather than twice. Sex causes the release of the human growth hormone, which can make the skin look more elastic, among other biological reactions.

Burns Calories
 The best way to start your day is with some sexercise. On average, young people burn 4.2 calories a minute for men, and 3.1 calories a minute for women, according to a study in PLoS ONE. In other words, sex is a better exercise than a walk, but perhaps not as good as a jog. This suggests sexual activity may potentially be considered significant exercise.

The video above compiles some of the most striking videos captured by an MRI machine, including a quasi-NSFW clip of a couple having sex. Magnetic Resonance Imaging has been commercially available since the 1980s, but more recent improvements in resolution and computing have made it possible to build videos from the scans, and even provide technicians with detailed real-time moving images. MRI scanners generate an image of the human body by mapping the position of hydrogen protons, which are abundant in the water molecules and the fat in our tissues. The machines create a strong magnetic field so that when the patient is placed inside it, the hydrogen protons in their body align like a needle in compass. By sending pulses of energy via a specific frequency of radio waves into the body, the MRI machine alters the behavior and orientation of the protons momentarily. When that radio signal is shut off, the hydrogen protons realign with the magnetic field and in doing so, emit radio waves that communicate their position in the body and the type of tissue in which the reside. Pretty brilliant, right?

We love the “what I would change about you” articles, don’t we? But what if we stopped and thought about the kind impact that’s having on our relationships. How does it feel when someone wants to change you? How do you feel when you want to change your partner?

The truth is we all have the power to unconditionally love whoever we are with, but instead we get together with our friends and they reaffirm that our boyfriend, or our wife, or our mother, or our boss, is the problem. What if we stopped doing this? Not just for the sake of the people we are mean to, but for us. For our own sanity.

Today I read an article called 33 Men Reveal The One Thing They’d Like All Women To Stop Doing Immediately. Funny thing was, as I read what men wrote I got more upset and self-righteous. Was that the point of the article? Here’s a different spin. I took the same 33 categories and looked at them from a healthier perspective.

1. Take their dreams literally. I love that you get swept up in your dreams, I’m often way too logical so thanks for bringing the magic.

2. Rehashing. I really appreciate how committed you are to not carrying resentment and getting clear before we move on.

3. Believing that men have no discretion when it comes to sex. If I was as cute as you, I’d think that too ;)

4. Treating guys like children. Sometimes when we get emotional it’s hard for us to feel safe, thanks for playing the mother role when we need it.

5. Putting guys in lose-lose situations. When you ask questions like “am I fat”, we know you just want a hug, and it’s cute the way you ask for it ;)

6. Thinking that they’re queens. You are a queen. A benevolent, generous, kind, loving queen, and I love that I get to share this kingdom with you.

The countdown has started: Every time the magic number dropped lower, Nanoka spiced up victory celebrations with mind-blowing photos of herself wearing revealing tops and lingerie, most often in some shade of red, which is the primary color in the Carp's uniform.

To celebrate the Carp's glorious victory after they took down Osaka's Hanshin Tigers on Monday by a score of 3-2, the 28-year-old model shared a glitzy photoshoot in confetti.

Another gravure idol and devoted Carp fan, Anri Sugihara, who is a native of Hiroshima Prefecture too, joined Nanoka in this seductive celebration.
